Leave the vacuum sealed bag in the hot water for 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove the bag from the hot water and carefully open it, being cautious of any escaping steam. Transfer the reheated pulled pork to a serving dish. Optionally, you can brush the pulled pork with barbecue sauce or seasoning before serving.
