    Probably the best bacon I've had in recent years.

    Referred to from a friend. Steak-cut bacons are one of my favorite things on steakhouse menus but its pretty rare in SG, and I just had to try this out at cook it at home — the smokiness is nothing short of amazing, and the bacon slab was properly marbled! definitely be getting some more next month.
