Cooking Pork
Follow these steps to best enjoy our smoked meats! We do not recommend freezing any of the grocer items — best cooked while chilled.
Pulled Pork

Sous Vide
Sous vide at 145°F (63°C) for 20 minutes.

Boil-in-Bag
Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer whole bag in for 10-15 minutes.
Smoked Bacon

Pan Fry
Pan-fry at low heat till crispy & golden.

Air Fry
Air fry for 10 minutes @ 200°C for a soft finish.
Air fry for 15 minutes @ 200°C for a crispy finish.
Smoked Sausage

Pan Fry
Pan-fry at low heat till golden.

Air Fry
Air fry for 10 minutes @ 160°C.
