One of the best sausages

One of the best sausages that I’ve eaten. The blend of spices created a complex layer of flavours that went very well with sauerkraut. I skipped the hot mustard for my first bite. Then I skipped the mustard for the whole meal. The level of heat could be increased. But my wife liked the heat as it was. Maybe develop an extra-spicy version for chili heads?
