Follow these steps to best enjoy our smoked meats! We do not recommend freezing any of the grocer items — best cooked while chilled.
Smoked Duck

Pan Fry
Pan-fry on low heat till fat is rendered out. Finished on high heat skin side down for crisp.

Air Fry
Air fry for 15 minutes @ 160°C.
Smoked Chicken

Pan-fry on low heat till fat is rendered out. Finished on high heat skin side down for crisp.

Air fry for 7 minutes @ 200°C.
