Exceptionally GOOD Bacon

I’m quite sure that not many in Singapore have experienced freshly smoked bacon of this quality, let alone getting thick cuts like these. Comparing it with the thinly sliced frozen/chilled variety off the supermarket shelves results in a night and day difference.

Thick cut is great

Highly recommend the thick cut. When cooked properly, it’s very juicy and not as salty as bacon bought elsewhere. And a big reason why I like this is that it’s nitrate-free.

Really, this is the best. I don't even like pork products but this is really good- perfect meat/ fat ratio, tasty without being salty, made with pride and love.
